You approach the wooden box with the vibrant lion portrait on it. You notice it's certainly large enough to store a lion in it, and closer inspection proves it's mounted to the wooden floor.
You could try to open it, examine the trapdoor in the floor far to your right, or try the cord hanging from the ceiling.
